Proper Tea Brewing Etiquette:
- Enjoy the process of brewing tea as it can cause your senses to be heightened and enhance the taste of the tea.
- Fill your kettle with freshly drawn water. Using water left in the kettle can alter the taste of your tea.
- Place recommended amount of tea in your choice of tea ware. Not if you want a stronger tasting cup of tea add more tea rather than steeping it longer as the longer you steep the tea the more bitter the tea will taste.
- Pour hot water over your tea leaves, cover and let the tea infuse the water for the recommended steep time.
- Enjoy your tea!
An interesting note to those who are not regular tea drinkers, your tea leaves are not one time use only, they can be re-steep multiple times!
