My Roaster

 

 

I roast on a Renegade Roaster 5 kg roaster with Rampage touch screen controller.

I can roast down to a quarter pound or up to eleven pounds of coffee every 13-18 minutes
depending on what I’m trying to get in the cup and the size of the roast.

Our roaster won the Autodesk Designer of the Month in January 2009 for inventions and I
am happy to roast on it every day here in my shop.
